Domes: Our, off-grid, domes are modern, comfortable and spacious with huge, south-facing, windows to bring the outside in and encompass our awesome views. They have a spectacular amount of room inside and high ceilings so there'll be no crouching/kneeling/bumping/squeezing past each other!!

Wood burners and insulation make the domes toasty on chilly nights and we also supply throws and hot water bottles when needed. The domes have curtains so none of that waking up at 5am when the sun comes up, as we've experienced in camping and glamping.

Each dome has a beautiful, bespoke, four-poster king-sized bed (made from Welsh Ash grown less than an hour from our door and crafted by our amazing local carpenter Paul) and 2 single beds with deluxe mattresses and bedding. They also have dining tables, with seating for four. The domes sit on their own decked area which has a picnic table and Kadai fire-pit and cookware for all of your outdoor cooking adventures. A basket of firewood and kindling is provided (during our low season in Winter we will provide a basket of wood and kindling each day) . Lanterns, candles, fairy lights and torches and our great little, red solar boxes provide evening light.

Cwt ar y Bryn: Our shepherds hut style cabin has the best views on site from its place on the hill, and its south facing oak windows and French doors frame them beautifully. Pull up the blinds in the main bedroom and have your first cuppa of the day in bed, staring out at the mountains and skyline beyond. We believe Y Cwt (The Hut) really does have a wonderfully cocooned feeling inside and a sense of peace.

Y Cwt is light, spacious and contemporary, with high ceilings and exposed wooden beams. It has 2 bedrooms, a woodburner, large living room and dining area. Outside, Y Cwt has its own garden area with picnic table, parasol, Kadai firepit and seats around the campfire.

Just like the domes, Cwt ar y Bryn is off grid and shares the wet rooms, toilet, camp kitchen, indoor barbecue hut, pizza oven and play areas. It also has its own solar box for providing light and charging devices.

Unfortunately we are not set up for furry friends.

Cromen Ddôl

Cromen Ddôl is our largest, most spacious, high-ceilinged dome, with 1 king size, four poster bed and 2 singles. We can also fit in 2 fold up beds and a travel cot if required. Cromen Ddôl is situated in a quieter area of our meadow and takes in the views of our beautiful Welsh countryside. To the front you can watch our chilled, furry neighbours, the Shetland ponies, mosey about and graze.

Cromen Glan Môr is our 4 person dome, with a bespoke king size, four poster bed and 2 singles (we can provide an extra fold up bed though it will be a little snug). It is situated at the heart of our meadow, close to all facilities and has panoramic views of our wonderful Welsh countryside. The view is always tremendous but some mornings you can sit and watch the mist rise off the Preseli Hills in the distance - utter relaxation.

Cwt ar y Bryn

Cwt ar y Bryn (Hut on the Hill) is our airy, 2 bedroomed shepherd's hut style accommodation, with a king size bed and 2 singles (which can be converted to a double). It is situated on the highest point of our land, and has the most amazing views of pasture, trees, hills and mountains. You get a slightly different view from each of our front windows, French doors and private garden area.

Testimonial

"Tom and Sinead have created something very special at Wild Wellingtons, think luxury outdoor living as opposed to glamping and well worthy of its 5 star rating. We are a family of 4 and found the dome to be really spacious and the beds extremely comfy. The views across the Welsh hills are stunning and the Dome had everything we needed including a solar powered battery pack that both powered the bedside lights and enabled us to charge our devices. The site is really spacious and the boys had loads of space to run around and explore whilst the grown ups could relax and unwind.

The site is really well thought out and everything has been built and decorated to a very high standard whilst still maintaining its eco theme. The wet rooms, outdoor kitchen, and indoor BBQ are all exquisite. It's also well placed to explore the fantastic beaches in the area.

The thing that really sets Wild Wellingtons apart however, is all the small touches. For example, the activity packs for the kids, the games, the welcome pack when we arrived even a jar left out to catch the odd pesky wasp in the kitchen! We didn't want to leave at the end of the week and are already looking forward to going back next year." - Thomas, july 2018
